General & Shipping
At Aviano Art we offer free, fast and fully trackable shipping to the vast majority of countries worldwide. We use DHL express that has a 1-2 day transit time. However these are made to order and can take 2-5 weeks. Once we have shipped you can track your order and get constant updates via our email. We usually pay for customs but there could be a charge over at the customers end. They are usually less than £40 because of the invoicing and how we work it. Packaging
We get a few customers who are very worried about damages etc. We know you'll be very excited to see your artwork and the last thing you want is a cracked frame. We use strong double walled cardboard with cardboard and then plastic corner protectors and bubble wrap. After all the orders we have sent worldwide we are still in single digits of damage which we are super proud of. In the rare case of damage each item is covered and we will get to work right away and send another.
